Ashley Minton, 25, of Palm Coast, was arrested Feb. 16 for driving with a suspended license with knowledge, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of prescription drugs. The passenger in the car, Aaron Rogers, 25, was also arrested on drug charges.
