Old Dixie Highway I-95 exits to close overnight on April 10

The ramps at the 278 exit will be closed from 10 p.m. on Thursday, April 10 to 5 a.m. on Friday, April 11.

The Florida Department of Transportation is advising that the Interstate 95 ramps at the Old Dixie Highway interchange in Flagler County will be closed overnight on April 10.

Both the northbound and southbound exits - exit 278 - will be closed as early as 10 p.m. on Thursday, April 10 to 5 a.m. on Friday April 11 for striping operations, a FDOT press release said. Drivers who are traveling on I-95 at the time of the closures should take the following detours:

  • Motorists traveling north on I-95 who wish to access Old Dixie Highway should exit early and take Exit 273 at U.S. 1, then continue north to Old Dixie Highway. 
  • Motorists traveling south on I-95 who wish to access Old Dixie Highway should continue south and take Exit 273 at U.S. 1, then proceed north to Old Dixie Highway.
