Flagler Palm Coast redeems loss with victory over Sandalwood

The Flagler Palm Coast Bulldogs took down the Sandalwood Saints Friday Sept. 19, at FPC High School.

Que’Shaun Byrd, who didn’t play in their last game, due to injury, quickly set his mark against the Saints, scoring on a 43-yard run. He added another 7-yard rushing touchdown, along with over 100 rushing yards.

Marcel Williams found the end zone on a 71-yard touchdown pass from Dalton Thomas.

“Last week was a minor setback for a major comeback,” Jimmie Robinson said, who scored on a 9-yard run and an 86-yard fumble return. LaDarius Smith closed out the night for the Bulldogs with a 3-yard run.

The Bulldogs will play the New Smyrna Beach Barracudas Friday Sept. 26, at New Smyrna Beach.
