PALM COAST — Deputies have arrested a 37-year-old Palm Coast man after they say he opened fire and stabbed two patrons Saturday night at Europa Lounge.

Daniel Noble, of 4 White House Drive, was taken into custody by Flagler County Sheriff’s Office deputies, according to a release sent out by Cmdr. Bob Weber.

Deputies received calls of shots fired and a person stabbed around 11:25 p.m. Saturday, at the lounge located in the European Village.

Callers reported a man, armed with an Uzi-style submachine gun, walked into the lounge and challenged several patrons. Deputies investigating the incident learned that Noble had been drinking at the bar earlier in the evening. The release states Noble was “having a good time and was not causing any problems with either employees or patrons.”

It is unclear what may have triggered him to return armed, Weber said.

Patrons said Noble entered the lounge dressed like “Rambo” with the gun and two hunting-style knives holstered to his sides. Two patrons stopped Noble and were able to grab the barrel of the gun and point it downward, but one or two shots were fired into the ground without hitting anyone.

The men disarmed Noble, who then grabbed one of the hunting knives and lashed out at the two men. The two men then wrestled with Noble, who was then taken to the ground by the patrons and rendered unconscious. He was later transported to Florida Hospital Flagler where he was treated for minor injuries and released.

The two patrons injured during the incident have been identified as Vassili Mironov, 28, and Roman Dubinsechi, 23, both of Palm Coast. Mironov was stabbed near the the left eye and received lacerations to both his left and right hands. He was transported to Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach, where he was treated and later released.

Dubinsechi sustained moderate lacerations to one of his arms and refused treatment at the scene.

Noble was booked into the Flagler County Inmate Facility around 6 a.m. Sunday. He is being held on no bond on the attempted first-degree murder charge. Noble is also being held on $60,000 on three charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

He is awaiting first appearance.
