Tee off: Flagler County Education Foundation to host golf tourney
The Flagler County Education Foundation will host its 23rd-annual golf classic presented by Bright House Networks Sept. 7, at Plantation Bay Golf Club & Resort.

Registration begins at 11 a.m., and golfers will tee off in the shotgun start at noon. Cost is $125 per player and includes food, drinks and prizes.

Proceeds from the tournament will benefit Flagler County Public Schools.

Each year, thousands of students benefit from event proceeds. Students receive school supplies through the foundation’s S.T.U.F.F. Bus program, enhanced classroom learning through Dell Trayer Teacher Grants and the opportunity to earn college scholarships through Take Stock for Children.

The Flagler County Education Foundation is a 501(c)3 direct-support, nonprofit organization to Flagler County Public Schools.
