Two PDA Florida soccer teams reached high achievements last weekend.

The PDA Florida U13 girls and the U16 boys recently won their respective southeast divisions in the United Soccer Leagues Super-Y League.

By winning their divisions, both teams secured positions in the North American Championships, which will be held at the IMG Academy, in Bradenton.

The U13 girls won their division by going 5-0-1 and defeating Florida Premier Knights (Naples), 1-0, on consecutive weekends to secure the divisional championship and the position in the championships.

The U16 boys won their division by going 6-0-0 in division play and 3-1-0 in crossover matches against U17 teams for an overall 9-0-1 record. The team outscored its opponents, 42-9, on the season. The boys team finished the season last weekend with 6-1 and 6-0 wins over Orlando City’s U16 and U17 teams, respectively.
