Olive Garden and Red Lobster opened their doors for hiring at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9. The restaurants expect 1,000 people to apply on the first day of hiring for the 230 jobs available.
Beginning at 4 p.m. March 7, the restaurants will open for business - for dinner only. Lunch menus will be available beginning March 12.
