Frances was born in Grapevine Virginia on March 18th 1926. She passed away peacefully at her home with family on June 19th, 2026. She was the youngest of 2 sets of twins in a large family of 16 children. Her family owned a farm in Poolsville Maryland where she grew up.
She married Wesley A Hugueley who she had 3 wonderful children with and lived in Potomac Maryland. She retired from a career at David Taylor Model Basin in Cabin John MD. She and Wes then retired to Florida where she had a second career working for Flagler County Schools. She has 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren on the way.
She was a wonderful person who always had a great outlook on life. She was a true lady with the kindest heart and beautiful smile. Her family will miss her dearly.
