Dear Editor:
Just when you start to get down on humanity seeing wars, suffering, negative headlines etc., you read an uplifting, inspiring bring-a-smile-to-your-face story. A story of strength, determination and a will to overcome a life changing event that could have forever destroyed a spirit.
I am referring to the story of Megan Farrell-Nelson overcoming sexual assault, showing incredible resolve in sharing her story. Thanks to The Observer for sharing this journey.
