Dear Editor:

I do not personally know Jill Woolbright. I was a sixth grade teacher for many years. I think free speech is very important. I think the education of our children is a very serious obligation.

I support banning any book that promotes, displays, explains or describes (even in animation/cartoon) sex in the elementary and middle school grades.
This to me is a no-brainer, and anyone pushing that objective has some sinister ideas going on in their heads.

For this reason, I emphatically support Jill Woolbright and hope she is elected. It is obvious she has the children’s mental and emotional health as her priority. I wish more people did in this scary culture we live in.
