Lynn C. Breitenberg passed peacefully with her loved ones surrounding her on March 25, 2025.
Lynn was born in Forest Hills, NY on May 22, 1927.
She moved to Flager County in 1978 and into Palm Coast in 1980 where she lived for over 50yrs. She was employed for many years by ITT Development.
Traveling was the greatest joy in her life; being a military wife for over 20 yrs, she “got the bug.” She and Britt traveled the world, many times flying in cargo nets on a “Space Available” flight. She and Britt also spent many years RVing and riding their Gold Wing Motorcycle.
Her generosity touched all, especially during the holidays. If a friend or neighbor had nowhere to go, she always had a place for them at the table.
Lynn lit up a room with her smile. To know her was to love her. She was the most positive person one could ever know. She could often be seen walking with her dog with a bow in the back of her hair!!
Up until the end, Lynn maintained her kindness, grace, compassion, appreciation of beauty, love of family and friends, and expressed gratitude for her long life, full of wonderful and varied experiences.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 yrs, Britt.
Survived by her daughters: Diana Lemon, and Cherie Corbett; grandchildren: Aubrie Lemon-Moats, Alexia Zobel & Zach Corbett; great grandchildren: Ever, Asa and Wesley Moats and Amelia & Ellie Zobel.
Service will be Tuesday, May 6th, at 11 am at Trinity Presbyterian Church on 156 Florida Park Drive North, Palm Coast. A small reception will follow the service.
