Isadore Gray Jr., 61, a resident of Palm Coast, Florida, passed away on June 6, 2025. He was born in Columbia, South Carolina. He was an 8-year veteran of the United States Army with highest ranking of Specialist Four. He graduated from Eau Claire High School in Columbia, SC in 1982. He is preceded in death by infant son with Sophia, Sean, and father, Isadore Gray Sr. He is survived by loving and devoted wife, Sophia Gray, mother Joan Gray Hunter, brothers Vincent Gray (Cindy) and Ralph T. Gray, sisters Gale Doss (Ricky), Taja Hunter, Dale Davis, and Tina Washington, as well as several aunts, nieces and nephews. He touched the lives of all who knew him, and he will be greatly missed. A memorial-celebration of life event will be held at their home in Palm Coast on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at 6 pm. Funeral services will be held in his hometown of Columbia, SC on Wednesday, June 18th a Leevy’s Funeral Home in the chapel at 11 am at 1831 Taylor Street, Columbia, SC 29201. It will be followed by a military burial at Ft. Jackson National Cemetery at 1 pm located at 4170 Percival Road, Columbia, SC 29229.
