David P. Crockett, 75, peacefully entered into rest on April 7, 2025. He was born on August 1, 1949, in Tucson, Arizona, and relocated to Palm Coast, Florida, in the mid-1970s. Known affectionately as Davey to his friends and family, he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps beginning in 1970.
After settling in Palm Coast, Davey became one of the very first licensed general contractors in Flagler County, helping shape the growing community with his dedication and craftsmanship. When he wasn’t building homes, Davey cherished spending time with his grandchildren or traveling with his beloved wife to their favorite tropical destination, St. Croix.
Davey is survived by his loving wife, Natasha Crockett; his three sons, Keith, Kris, and Kory Crockett; and three stepchildren, Jordan Clark, Alex Howard, and Nicholas Cushard. He was a proud grandfather to eleven grandchildren: Kaley, Caleb, Zoë, Paden, Camden, Kayden, Conner, Carter, Holden, Ava, and Hunter. He is also survived by two sisters, Jeanne-Marie Crockett and Sharon Baeshore; two brothers, Bobby and Russel Crockett; and many cherished nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life to honor Davey will be held on Saturday, June 28, at 3:00 p.m. at Herschel King Park. All who knew and loved him are warmly invited to attend and celebrate his memory.
