Ormond Beach residents donate over 1,000 Scentsy Buddies to AdventHealth, local police departments

Ormond Beach residents Matt and Camila Forester donated 400 scented stuffed animal toys to AdventHealth Daytona Beach on Dec. 22.

Matt Forester, a nursing manager of emergency services at AdventHealth DeLand, and his wife Camila Forester, along with the help of their local Scentsy team, collected donations from the community for the effort. The scented stuffed animals are aimed to provide comfort to children admitted to the hospital throughout the year, according to a statement to the Observer.

Scentsy Buddies were also given to the Ormond Beach Police Department, Daytona Beach Police Department, AdventHealth DeLand, AdventHealth Fish and Neighbor to Family Foster Care, for a total of over 1,000 stuffed animals donated.
