Ormond Beach holds 'Spooktacular Halloween Party'

Held for individuals with special needs, the Halloween event featured music, dancing and karaoke.

Ormond Beach Leisure Services Special Populations Division and the Special Populations Activity and Recreation Council of Volusia held a Halloween event for individuals with special needs on Friday, Oct. 20.

The "Spooktacular Halloween Party" was held at the Nova Community Center. Attendees enjoyed music, dinner, dancing and karaoke.
