Anthony M. Rende Sr.
1927-2022

Anthony M. Rende Sr. Of Flagler Beach passed away on Nov. 9, 2022.  He was Born in Valhalla, N.Y. on April 18, 1927 to Anna Marie and Carmine Rende.

Mr. Rende served in WWII along with 3 of his older brothers.  On his return, he established his business, Rende Roofing in Valhalla which he operated until his retirement to Palm Coast, Florida.  Mr. Rende was a founding member of and the First Commodore of the Palm Coast Yacht Club.

He is survived by his children, Anthony, Stephen, Karen, and his stepdaughters, Barbara and Susie.  He also leaves his good friend, Judy Grillo, and his grandchildren, Brittany, Hunter, Kimberly, Karly, Craig, Veronica, Tristan, Meaghan, and Ashley.  He had 12 great grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday December 17, 2022 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 89 St. Mary Place (off Old Dixie Hwy), Bunnell, Fl. 32110 at 11 am.  The family will receive friends from 10 to 10:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, Tony would like donations made to the Wounded Warriors Organization, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, KS. 66675, or to St. Mary Catholic Church.

Heritage Funeral and Cremation Service is in charge of the arrangements.
