Diane Zeeman
1938-2022
In loving memory of Diane S. Zeeman, we are saddened to announce her recent passing. Diane had a dynamic personality and lived her life with passion and intelligence.
Diane will be greatly missed by her sister, Iris Abrons, her nephews Ron, Andrew, Jay and Alan along with her friends. Her other sister Bonnie Altman predeceased her.
An avid golfer and great writer Diane spent her career as a reporter and editor, even once traveling to Cuba to report on the situation there. Even after retirement she wrote articles about her passion, Golf in various local publications. Diane lived most of her life in Westchester County, NY, mostly in her beloved Eastchester before moving full time to Palm Coast to be able to play golf year-round. For many years she was a member of Grand Haven and prior to that she was a member of golf clubs in NY where she won various tournaments. If not playing golf you could find her sitting by the pool or on the beach, drink in one hand, book or newspaper in the other enjoying her other passion, reading.
Diane was an interesting, intelligent, caring and passionate person who will always be remembered and forever missed by those that loved her. Jane Walter and Cindy Flowers were especially caring friends who were very attentive during her final years and our family wishes to express our gratitude to them.
