A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 23-29 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Michael Foley, of East Setauket, New York, sold 13 Anastasia Court to Ray and Stephanie Ricchi, of Palm Coast, for $1,275,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,652 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $630,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

James and Vicki Bowen, of Tavares, sold 700 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 624, to Jeff Gadd, of Jacksonville Beach, for $736,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $413,000.

Renee Shevlin sold 56 Club House Drive, Unit 202, to Laura Braksator, of Clifton, Virginia, for $208,000. Built in 1977, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,136 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $57,000.

Belle Terre

WJHFL LLC, of Norcross, Georgia, sold 18 Pepper Lane to Arthur Williams, of Palm Coast, for $282,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 5/3 and has 2,274 square feet.

Grand Haven

TADA Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 1 Augusta Trail to Zander Holding Group LLC, of Palm Coast, for $390,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,293 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $279,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 671 Grand Reserve Drive to Dawn and Anthony Wagner, of Bunnell, for $280,635. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,862 square feet.

Hammock Beach

Amaral Custom Homes Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 52 Oak View Circle to Donna McLean, of Palm Coast, for $764,000. Built in 2009, the house is a 4/3.5 and has 3,006 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 15 Bracken Lane to Tatyana Gabai and Serguei Gorounov, of Palm Coast, for $295,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,862 square feet.
