Halifax Humane Society's Pets of the Week for Feb. 17

Three dogs and one cat have been featured as this week's Halifax Humane Society Adoptable Pets of the Week.

The first dog is Avatar, an 8-year-old terrier and American Staffordshire mix with a white coat. His adoption fee has been paid by a donor.

The second is Mango, a 9-year-old terrier and American Pit Bull mix with a brown and white coat. Her adoption fee has also been paid by a donor.

The third is Panda, a 7-year-old American bulldog mix with a white and brown coat. She would do best in a household with no other dogs and no small children. Her adoption fee is $35.

Last but not least is Baby, a 3-year-old Snowshoe mix cat with a brown and white coat. His adoption fee is $125.

The Halifax Humane Society's adoption lobby, located at 2364 LPGA Blvd., is open to the public daily from noon to 6 p.m. Admissions are accepted daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Appointments are required for admissions, boarding and grooming. There is no appointment required to visit the adoption lobby. Masks are not required but encouraged. To adopt, contact [email protected] or call 274-4703.
