Halifax Humane Society's Pets of the Week for Sept. 1

Three dogs and one cat have been featured as this week's Halifax Humane Society Adoptable Pets of the Week.

The first dog is Keegan, a 5-year-old hound mix with a white and brown coat. His adoption fee is $70.

The second is Sultan, a 3-year-old mixed breed dog with a white coat. He would do best in a household with no cats. His adoption fee is $70.

The third is Turbo, a 3-year-old Siberian Husky mix with a black and white coat. His adoption fee is $225.

Last but not least is Checkers, a 3-year-old domestic shorthair mix cat with a black and white coat. His adoption fee is $50.

The Halifax Humane Society's adoption lobby, located at 2364 LPGA Blvd., is open to the public daily from noon to 6 p.m. Admissions are accepted daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Appointments are required for admissions, boarding and grooming. There is no appointment required to visit the adoption lobby. Masks are not required but encouraged if you are not feeling well or may have been recently exposed to COVID-19. To adopt, contact [email protected] or call 274-4703.
