Halifax Humane Society's Pets of the Week for Aug. 18

Three dogs and one cat have been featured as this week's Halifax Humane Society Adoptable Pets of the Week.

The first is Zoey, a 4-year-old American Staffordshire mixed breed dog with a brown coat. Her adoption fee is $70.

The second is Jane, a 4-year-old American Staffordshire mixed breed dog with a blue and white coat. Her adoption fee is $70.

The third is Big J, a 3-year-old Great Dane/Catahoula leopard dog mixed breed dog with a blue and white coat. His adoption fee is $225.

Fourth is Moo, a 3-year-old domestic shorthair mix cat with a wheaten and black coat. His adoption fee is $50.

The Halifax Humane Society's adoption lobby, located at 2364 LPGA Blvd., is open to the public daily from noon to 6 p.m. Admissions are accepted daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Appointments are required for admissions, boarding and grooming. There is no appointment required to visit the adoption lobby. Masks are not required but encouraged if you are not feeling well or may have been recently exposed to COVID-19. To adopt, contact [email protected] or call 274-4703.
