Margaret Clare “Peggy” (Hurton) Sullivan
1932-2021

SULLIVAN, Margaret Clare “Peggy” (Hurton), age 89, formerly of Fort Myers, passed away peacefully Monday at hospice in Palm Coast, Florida, on November 8, 2021.

Born on April 14, 1932 in New York City, Peggy is survived by her daughter, Eileen Trinkle, who cared for her during the last months of her life, and her husband Michael, her son Frank Walsh and his wife Caroline Daz, grandchildren Michael (Fawn), Joseph (Wendy), Spenser (Jessica), Jessica (Kenneth) and Courtney, and seven great-grandchildren. Peggy was predeceased by her parents, Harry and Bridie Hurton, her brother Joseph and her sister Mary, her husband James and her beautiful Granddaughter Nikki. Peggy, an avid reader known for her sharp wit and stinging remarks, raised her two children by herself in the Throggs Neck Houses in the Bronx.

A mass will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Palm Coast, FL on November 19, 2021 at 11:00
