Amparo (Pam) Gloria Persi
1939-2021
Amparo (Pam) Gloria Persi passed away on October 23, 2021 after a short illness.
Amparo was born on October 4, 1939 in Bolivia. She moved to the United States in the early 60s to pursue a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry. She married Alfred Persi. They had a daughter, Elizabeth, and a son, Frederic. They lived in Canada, Belgium, Colombia, Israel, Turkey, Venezuela and the United States during their time together. They moved to Palm Coast in 1995.
Compassionate, dedicated, funny, smart and passionate are some of the best words to describe her. She was a friend to all she met. Her smile, laughter and love will be greatly missed. She especially loved gardening and cooking.
Amparo is survived by her husband, Alfred, her daughter, Elizabeth, her son Frederic, her three grandchildren, Antonio, Domenica, Gabriella, her brother, Julio, and sister Pilar.
