Berthe J. Gross
1923-2020
Berthe J. Gross, age 97, passed away peacefully at home with hospice on September 1, 2020 in Palm Coast, Florida.
She was born on May 23, 1923 in Lille, France to Eugenie Loock and Edward Deliessche. She was a seamstress and teacher, clothing. She enjoyed traveling with her daughter Thery to France and visited friends in other states. Berthe was a devoted parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. She enjoyed their pets, gardening, sewing, knitting and cross stitching. She was a very generous supporter and donor to many animal and religious charities specially to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
She is survived by daughters Thery and Nadine and adopted son Max. She will be greatly missed by all her friends from Fort Lauderdale, Palm Coast and France.
