Details: Gather a table of friends, co-workers or neighbors to dine under the stars in this Ormond Beach MainStreet's inaugural event. Pick a theme per table   with your own table decorations and attire and let your appetite decide what's for dinner. You can order a special dinner package from a local restaurant or create a homemade picnic. Enjoy music, raffles, a cash bar and more. Awards for tables will be presented. Haircut discounts for military heroes

Veterans Day drive-thru celebration

Where: Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center, 399 N. U.S. 1

Details: This year's city Veterans Day celebration features a free boxed lunch for local veterans and one guest. Limited to first 250 participants. Tickets are free and may be picked up at the Leisure Services office until Nov. 6. Call 676-3250.

Free haircuts for veterans and active military

When: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Where: SportClips Haircuts, 1474 W. Granada Blvd.

Where: Grace Lutheran Church, 338 Ocean Shore Blvd.

Details: Featuring inspirational music and speakers, this year's ceremony will be held in the parking lot of the church, "drive-in" style, instead of the Ormond Memorial Art Museum. The guest speaker will be retired U.S. Army Brigadier General C. Audino, who will discuss his service in Iraq. Guests will be able to listen live on their car radio on WSBB AM 1230/106.9 FM.
