Burglary. A husband and wife pressed charges after an unknown suspect broke a window and used the toilet at a house the couple is trying to sell.

The husband told police that everything had been intact a couple days before. The suspect is believed to have also went upstairs and let a blind down, according to police. Nothing was taken. Police dusted the toilet handle for fingerprints and were able to find a lone fingerprint. The smashed window was valued at $600.

Police spoke to neighbors who said they didn't hear or see anything out of the ordinary.

When in the patrol car, the officer asked he had stolen the items. The man said his dog was hungry and "eating the door," and that he thought "someone" was pregnant, according to the police report.

Because the man had failed to appear in court before, he was taken to jail.
