The Seventh Judicial Circuit Court will welcome Flagler County Court Judge Andrea K. Totten to the bench on Tuesday, Nov. 12.

Judge Totten was appointed last month and will preside at the Kim C. Hammond Justice Center, 1769 E. Moody Blvd., Bunnell. She fills a new judicial seat created by the state legislature earlier this year.

She will have her investiture on at 4:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, at Channel Side, 1 Yacht Club Drive, Palm Coast. All are invited to attend.

“I am honored to have been chosen by Governor DeSantis to serve as Flagler County’s newest county court judge, and look forward to serving my fellow citizens,” Totten said.

Prior to becoming a judge, she served as an assistant attorney general, an assistant state attorney, and a law clerk. She received her bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and her law degree from the University of Toledo. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005.
