Rotary Glow 5k

When: 4:45 p.m.

Where: Harvard Avenue beach approach

Details: Register for this timed 5k fun run, hosted by the Rotary Club of Downtown Ormond Beach, to raise funds for its charitable efforts, like planned free opioid counseling, the mentoring program at Osceola Elementary and donations to organizations. Registration begins at 4:45 p.m.; The race starts an hour later. Enjoy an after party at Beach Bucket. Costs $30 until Jan. 18, and $40 day of race. Kids 10 and under run free. 'Sounds of the Seasons'

Where: Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center, 399 N. U.S. 1

Details: Presented by Main Event Entertainment, this Frankie Valli tribute by William Cintron will showcase songs from numerous genres, including motown, classic soul and doo wop. Tickets cost $30 in advance; $35 at the door. Call the box office at 676-3375.

Italian American club meeting

When: 6:30 p.m.

Where: Prince of Peace Hall, 600 S. Nova Road

Details: The Italian American club of Ormond Beach is open to Italians, those of Italian decent or those married to an Italian. The club meets behind the church. Dues are $25. The club will be playing card bingo, and hosts picnics, dinner dances and trips throughout the year. Cake and coffee will be served. Call 334-0593.

OB Life wrap up

Where: Calvary Christian Academy Kids Center, 1687 W. Granada Blvd.

Details: This final workshops will summarize the OB Life program. Feedback from these meetings will be used to aid the City Commission in updating Ormond's strategic plan.
