Mini-golf festival

When: 5:45 p.m.

Where: Pirate's Cove Miniature Golf Adventure, 226 Cardinal Drive 

Details: Support the Great Kids Learning Center by attending its annual mini-golf festival. Four-player scramble registration begins at 5:45 p.m. Mini-golf starts at 6:30 p.m. Costs $10 per person. 

Pumpkin Patch

When: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., daily until Oct. 31

Where: Grace Lutheran Church, 338 Ocean Shore Blvd.

Details: Come pick a pumpkin and take photos. Patch open until all pumpkins are gone. 

Portrait painting in watercolor 

When: 3-6 p.m.

Where: Ormond Memorial Art Museum, 78 E. Granada Blvd.

Details: Learn to use watercolors to create a portrait from a photograph. Bring a close-up or bust image. All supplies provided. Open to those 16 and older. Costs $75 for members and $83 for nonmembers. Register at ormondartmuseum.org or by calling 676-3347.

Collective Intentions for World Peace

16th-annual Seaside Auction

When: 11 a.m.

DAR meeting

OB Life

When: 6-8 p.m.

Where: Calvary Christian Academy Kids Center, 1687 W. Granada Blvd.

Details: Participate in the city's civic engagement series. This OB Life workshop will tackle leisure and culture in the city. Information gathered will be used to update the city's strategic plan in 2019.

Couponing 101

When: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Where: Community Wellness and Education Center, 471 S. Nova Road

Details: Learn the basics of couponing and find out how coupons can be used to help save money on fresh produce and healthier ingredients.

The Casements Guild meeting

When: 10 a.m. to noon

Where: The Casements, 25 Riverside Drive

Sewing classes
