PALM COAST PERMITS

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for July 25-29. Total number of all permits issued: 258. Since 2015, $ 178 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit application:

• W & J Construction Corporation applied for a $5.5 million permit for 25,436-square-foot building at 5910 State Highway 100 E.

• Mark Abbott’s Custom Renovations applied for a $58,000 permit for interior renovations at Ubreakifix at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Unit 702.

Commercial permits issued:

• Nialvi LLC was issued a $40,000 permit for interior renovations at Sushi 99 at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Unit 213.

• Golden Fox Home Remodeling was issued a $189,000 permit for interior renovations at Parkside Realty Group at 145 City Place Building, Unit 104.

Residential permits issued:

• Trivett Homes was issued a $310,000 permit for a single-family residence at 30 Zaun Trail.

• Seagate Homes was issued a $302,000 permit for a single-family residence at 43 Ebb Tide Drive.

• Everlast Homes was issued a $297,000 permit for a single-family residence at 3 Edgewater Drive, Unit 2.

• Seagate Homes was issued a $294,000 permit for a duplex at 21 Emerald Drive.

• Seagate Homes was issued a $293,000 permit for a single-family residence at 89 Emerson Drive.

• Seagate Homes was issued a $293,000 permit for a single-family residence at 38 Beckner Lane.

• Adams Homes was issued a $292,000 permit for a single-family residence at 2 Kaftan Court.

• Saltwater Homes was issued a $282,000 permit for a single-family residence at 2 Powder Hill Drive.

• Seagate Homes was issued a $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 36 Beckner Lane.

• Seagate Homes was issued a $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 6 Emerald Lane.

• Trivett Homes was issued a $259,000 permit for a single-family residence at 19 Utopian Court.

• Seagate Homes was issued a $257,000 permit for a single-family residence at 142 Park Place Circle.

• Dream Finders Homes was issued a $241,000 permit for a single-family residence at 108 Spoonbill Drive.

• Vanacore Construction was issued a $232,000 permit for a single-family residence at 41 Zebulah’s Trail.

• Adams Homes LLC was issued a $222,000 permit for a single-family residence at 43 Buttermill Drive.

• Seagate Homes was issued a $207,000 permit for a single-family residence at 142 Park Place Circle.

• A Certified Screen was issued a $47,000 permit for an addition at 26 Country Club Harbor Circle.

• Palm Coast Residential Services was issued a $30,000 permit for an addition at 14 Brigadoon Lane.

• A Certified Screen was issued an $18,000 permit for addition at 39 New Water Oak Drive.

• Screen Machines was issued an $18,000 permit for an addition at 82 Rymshaw Drive.

• A Certified Screen was issued a $12,000 permit for alterations at 251 Conservatory Drive.

• East Coast Aluminum of Volusia was issued an $11,000 permit for an addition at 20 Pierce Lane.

• Affordable Aluminum was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition at 36 Reidsville Drive.

• Budgen Construction was issued a $9,000 permit for alterations at 46 Lancelot Drive.

• Millers Screen was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 5 Sergeant Court.

• John Jutting was issued a $7,000 permit for alterations at 5 Burnell Drive.

Occupancy permits:

• Galina Stingel was issued an occupancy permit for Integral Math Academy K-12 at 2 Pine Lakes Parkway N., Suite 1.

• Gene W. Slone was issued an occupancy permit for Florida Green Construction at 50 Leanni Way, Unit C1.

• Kendall Williams was issued an occupancy permit for Kendalls Bagel and More at 1214 Palm Coast Parkway SW.

• Darling Tercesos was issued an occupancy permit for Leo Tercero Auto Services at 7 Market Place Court.

Development orders:

• Tannath Design Inc. issued a development order for a technical site plan for RaceTrac Outdoor Seating addition and exterior remodel at 301 Palm Coast Parkway NE.
