According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts June Sept. 14-18.

El Pollo Colorao is a restaurant at 227 St. Joe Plaza.

• Home-based businesses: Hall’s Rental Services, unclassified personal service; Todd Properties LLC, unclassified personal service; Pine Lakes Plumbing LLC, plumbing contractor.

PALM COAST PERMITS

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Sept. 10-16. Total number of all permits issued: 145. Since 2009, $769 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Hawkins Construction applied for an $865,000 application for interior alterations at Front Façade at 250 Palm Coast Parkway, Building B600.

Commercial permit applications

McCumber Homes applied for a $150,000 application for alterations at 4500 Palm Coast Parkway.

Stephen Kenny applied for an $80,000 application for interior renovations at Salsas at 4500 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Building A401.

Hausen Properties applied for a $6,000 application for storefront windows at 1 Industry Drive.

Commercial permits issued

Bomar Construction was issued a $750,000 permit for the Grand Haven Sales Center at 2298 Colbert Lane.

Kenly McGee was issued a $15,000 permit for alterations at LT Nails at 221 St. Joe Plaza SW.

SE Cline Construction was issued a permit for borrow pit excavation at 331 Airport Commerce Center Way.

Residential permits issued

Bellagio Custom Homes was issued a $421,000 permit for a single-family residence at 20 Blue Oak Lane.

Charles Rinek Construction was issued a $399,000 permit for a single-family residence at 51 Front St.

DR Horton Inc. was issued a $291,000 permit for a single-family residence at 5 Auberry Drive.

Paytas Homes was issued a $165,000 permit for a single-family residence at 145 Arena Lake Drive.

Hodgins Construction was issued a $16,000 permit for an addition at 101 South Starling Drive.

Screen Concepts was issued a $14,000 permit for an alteration at 41 Edge Lane.

Dom Salvatore’s was issued an $11,000 permit for an alteration at 127 Spoonbill Drive.G & T Contractors was issued a $6,000 permit for an alteration at 13 Auberry Drive.

Afanasyeva Yelena was issued a $3,000 permit for an alteration at 29 Rybark Lane.

Occupancy permits

Adiele Hemingway was issued an occupancy permit for Opulance By Spa Floridian Inc. at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, A109.

Katie Bush was issued an occupancy permit for Bittersweet Studio-aerial arts and fitness at 25 Pine Cone Drive, Unit 3B.

Ping Soudrain was issued an occupancy permit for A Little Bit of Paris at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit 114.

Robert Morin was issued an occupancy permit for those Cabinet Guys at 8 Market Place Court, Unit B.
