According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Aug. 31 to Sept. 4.

 

Timeshares by Owner of Palm Coast Inc. is a telemarketing service at 10 Cypress Point Parkway.

Azalea Health is a medical office at 460 Palm Coast Parkway SW.

• Home-based businesses: Easel Works, entertainment service; Sparkling Clean, janitorial service; Dave’s Home Remedy, handyman service; Andy’s Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, janitorial service; A. Concierge Cleaning & Maintenance, janitorial service.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Aug. 27 to Sept.2. Total number of all permits issued: 225. Since 2009, $762 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit applications

C & R General Contractors applied for a $90,000 application for a restroom addition at 2 Boulder Rock Drive.

Buttrey Builders applied for a $62,000 application for alterations at 1 Commerce Blvd.

Hawkins Construction applied for a $23,000 application for alterations at Moe’s at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Unit 214.

Deegan Daniel applied for a $10,000 application for alterations at Spine Recovery Clinic at 1430 Palm Coast Parkway NW, Unit 2.

ML Underwood Construction applied for a $2,000 application for alterations at the Palm Coast Autism Center at 515 Palm Coast Parkway SW, Unit 201.

Commercial permits issued

Maritime Estates was issued a $19,080 permit for dock and canoe launch at 28 A Country Club Harbor Circle.

Residential permits issued

Dimare Construction was issued a $671,000 permit for a single-family residence at 51 Waterfront Park.

D.R. Horton was issued a $360,000 permit for a single-family residence at 73 Auberry Drive.

Gold Coast Homes was issued a $315,000 permit for a single-family residence at 341 Hibiscus Way.

Maronda Homes was issued a $301,000 permit for a single-family residence at 33 Wood Clift Lane.

Seagate Homes was issued a $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 8 Upshur Court.

PCM Homes was issued a $268,000 permit for a single-family residence at 24 Folson Lane.

Holiday Builders was issued a $233,000 permit for a single-family residence at 42 Port Royal Drive.

Adams Homes was issued a $216,000 permit for a single-family residence at 18 Reindeer Lane.

East Coast Aluminum was issued a $30,000 permit for an addition at 13 Slate Blue Place.

Intervest Construction was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition at 16 Scarlet Oak Circle.

Screen Machines was issued a $13,000 permit for an addition at 32 North Village Parkway.

Affordable Aluminum was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition at 10 Season Place.

Dwayne Dycus was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition at 59 Kalamazoo Trail.

Occupancy Permit

Julia fuentes was issued an occupancy permit for Serendipity Living LLC-uniform retail at 2 Office Park Drive, Suite C.

Debra Rhodes was issued an occupancy permit for Hospitality House at 117 Red Mill Drive.

Keith Wilson was issued an occupancy permit for Clear Path-an assisted living faculty at 29 Lancaster Lane.

Certificate of Occupancy

Dimare Construction was issued a $291,000 certificate of occupancy for Azalea Health at 460 Palm Coast Parkway SW, Unit 5.

Coquina Real Estate was issued a $21,900 certificate of occupancy for Pinch-A-Penny at 7 Old Kings Road N, Unit 36.
