According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Oct. 5-9.

Ramon Peralta is a graphic design company at 389 Palm Coast Parkway.

Shady Character Window Tinting is a window tinting business at 13 Old Kings Road.

PALM COAST PERMITS

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Oct. 1-7. Total number of all permits issued: 154. Since 2009, $778 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit applications

Intercoastal Construction applied for an $8,000 application for renovations at Emerald Day Spa at 1490 Palm Coast Parkway.

Manley Construction applied for a $5,000 application for renovations at Radiology at 309 Palm Coast Parkway NE.

Verdego applied for a $3,000 application for renovations at Mezzaluna Pizzeria at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit A-105.

Commercial permits issued

Amaral Custom Homes was issued an $80,000 permit for renovations at Portuguese Consulate at 145 City Place, Building 1 Units 105 & 106.

McNeal and White was issued a $40,000 permit for storefront renovations at ADA Compliance at 2 Office Park Drive.

Southeast General Contractors was issued a $27,000 permit for renovations at ADA Compliance at 4850 Belle Terre Parkway.

Success Builders of Fruit Cove was issued an $14,000 permit for renovations at Great Clips Salon at 250 Palm Coast Parkway, Building 400 Unit 400.

Residential permits issued

Seagate Homes was issued a $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 7 Point Place.

D.R. Horton was issued a $252,000 permit for a single-family residence at 38 Auberry Drive.

D.R. Horton was issued a $226,000 permit for a single-family residence at 52 Auberry Drive.

Seagate Homes was issued a $198,000 permit for a single-family residence at 40 Fenwick Lane.

D.R. Horton was issued a $193,000 permit for a single-family residence at 42 Auberry Drive.

Millers Screen was issued a $37,000 permit for an addition at 31 Kankakee Trail.

Dulando Screen was issued an $11,000 permit for an addition at 33 Westover Lane.

Budd Serverino was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 12 Bannbury Lane.

Dom Salvatore was issued a $6,000 permit for alterations at 10 Auberry Drive.

Whitley Builders was issued a $6,000 permit for alterations at 6 Llach Court.

Emily Ernst was issued an occupancy permit for J&E Jackson Enterprises PLLC Ambulatory Podiatry at 1030 Palm Coast Parkway NW, Unit 4.

Michael Beebe was issued an occupancy permit Evergreen Engineering Group at 33 Old Kings Road N, Suite 1.

Guirlande Trasybule was issued an occupancy permit for Pishon Family Care adult home at 32 Ryland Drive.

Certificate of Occupancy

Hawkins Construction was issued an $872,000 certificate of occupancy for a nine-unit building at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Suite 400.

Phillips Coastal Construction was issued a $45,000 certificate of occupancy for Take Action Properties Office at 25 Palm Harbor Village Way, Unit 5B.

Deegan Daniel was issued a $10,000 certificate of occupancy for Spine Recovery Center at 1430 Palm Coast Parkway NW, Unit 2.
