PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts: March 9-13.

• Chick-Fil-A is a fast-food restaurant at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway NW.
• Florida Heart & Vascular Care PLLC is a medical office at 26 Office Park Drive.
Home-based businesses: Flagler Floor & Design, handyman service; Patrick Williams Flooring Inc., flooring installation; Dottie Ann’s Cleaning, janitorial service; Rahim Group Inc., travel agent; Just the Best Carpentry, cabinet installation; Providence Adult Family Care Home, group home; Roldan Go Lawn Care, landscaping service.

PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for March 5-11. Total number of all permits issued: 158. Since 2009, $672 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit issued:
• Hawkins Construction was issued a $3,227,100 permit for a Publix retail building at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE.
• HGR Construction was issued a $1,000,000 permit for a 4858 liquor store addition at 174 Cypress Point Parkway.

Residential permits issued:
• Gold Coast Home Builders was issued a $319,000 permit for an alteration at 2 Foxhall Lane.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $327,000 permit for a single-family residence at 21 Clermont Court.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $259,000 permit for a single-family residence at 89 Lagare St.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $ 197,000 permit for a single-family residence at 33 Westover Lane.
• Auburn Homes was issued a $42,000 permit for an addition at 32 Breeze Hill Lane.
• A Certified Screen Service was issued a $21,000 permit for an addition at 136 Arena Lake Drive.
• By the Shore was issued a $15,000 permit for an addition at 9 Richfield Drive.
• JGS Design and Associates was issued a $14,000 permit for an addition at 26 Lagare St.
• Budd Severino Advanced Home Exteriors was issued a $9,000 permit for an alteration at 63 Auberry Drive.
• Affordable Alum was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 31 Rockefeller Drive.
• Dom Salvatores Home Improvement was issued an $8,000 permit for an alteration at 9 Panei Lane.
• Dulando Screen was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 29 Bunker Lane.
• Rob’s K-Bear was issued a $3,000 permit for an alteration at 61 Bressler Lane.

Occupancy permits:
• Luis Galano-Lavin MD was issued an occupancy permit for Alternative Therapies at 389 Palm Coast Parkway SW, Unit 4.

Application Submittals:
• Robert Cuff, P.A. submitted an application for a replat of six parcels of land into six single-family residential lots at a subdivision final plat.
