Palm Coast vacation rental rated Top 20 in the US

Palm Coast and the Flagler Beaches tourism office announced that it was rated as one of the Top 20 rental destinations in the US, according to traveler reviews in 2014 by TripAdvisor.

In a study comparing average review scores for vacation rentals by US region, Palm Coast made the top of the list, with a score of 4.70 out of a possible five, equivalent to 94%. Palm Coast's modern condos and beachside rental properties hold numerous TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence awards, owing to their stellar review scores.

Tony’s Pizza opens up new location

Paul Ricci, and his partner, Paul Brum, opened up a second Tony’s Pizzeria at 4255 US1 S, Unit 8 in St. Augustine. Ricci, 21, also owns the Tony’s Pizza at 428 Beach Village Drive in Flagler Beach, where he just held a two-year anniversary ribbon cutting ceremony March 2.

St. Johns County and SMA Behavioral Healthcare held a ribbon cutting for their new facility in St. Augustine on Feb. 26. SMA shares a building with the St. John’s Health Department in the new facility. Tours of their new offices were also given.

David I. Alfin, a leading sales associate with Watson Realty Corp., has recently been honored for the highest number of outgoing referral closings in the north central region of Florida by Watson. This is the second year in a row that David has received the honor.
