According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts: Jan. 12-16.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Jan. 8-14. Total number of all permits issued: 158. Since 2009, $637 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

• Olsen Custom Homes was issued a $285,000 permit for a single-family residence at 17 North Park Circle.
• Adams Homes was issued a $281,000 permit for a single-family residence at 114 Bud Hollow Drive.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $257,000 permit for a single-family residence at 136 Arena Lake Drive.
• Intervest Construction was issued a $238,000 permit for a single-family residence at 25 Lagare St.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $232,000 permit for a single-family residence at 100 Raemoore Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $231,000 permit for a single-family residence at 65 Ryberry Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $231,000 permit for a single-family residence at 35 Perrotti Lane.
• DR Horton was issued a $225,000 permit for a single-family residence at 10 Auberry Drive.

Development orders issued:
