PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts: Dec. 18 to Jan. 7.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Dec. 18, 2014 to Jan. 7, 2015. Total number of all permits issued: 328. Since 2009, $634 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit applications:
• Hawkins Construction applied for a $1,323,000 commercial permit for a shell building (unit G) at 250 Palm Coast Parkway, Unit 200.
• Hawkins Construction applied for a $280,000 commercial permit for a shell building (unit D) at 250 Palm Coast Parkway, Unit 900.
• Hawkins Construction applied for a $262,000 commercial permit for a shell building (unit C) at 250 Palm Coast Parkway, Unit 700.
• Stull Construction applied for an $8,000 commercial permit for renovations at International Carpet at 85 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit 8.

Commercial permits issued:
• Hawkins Construction was issued an $872,000 permit for a 9 unit shell building (A-1) at 250 Palm Coast Parkway, Unit 500.
• Hawkins Construction was issued a $467,000 permit for a 7 unit shell building (A-2) at 250 Palm Coast Parkway, Unit 500.
• The Hardy Group was issued a $30,000 permit for renovations at Flagler Family Medicine at 28 Old Kings Road, Suite A.
• Budgen Construction was issued a $6,000 permit for renovations at Hearing Aid Center at 1499 Palm Coast Parkway NW, Unit E.
• Manley Construction was issued a $2,000 permit for renovations at NAC Health Plan at 309 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Suite 1.

• Seagate Homes was issued a $306,000 permit for a single-family residence at 27 Ethan Allen Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $300,000 permit for a single-family residence at 88 Slumber Meadow Trail.
• Adams Homes was issued a $289,000 permit for a single-family residence at 10 Zorro Court.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $280,000 permit for a single-family residence at 200 London Drive.
• KB Homes was issued a $253,000 permit for a single-family residence at 102 South Starling Drive.
• PCM Homes was issued a $250,000 permit for a single-family residence at 32 Roxland Lane.
• PCM Homes was issued a $250,000 permit for single-family residence at 31 Richland Lane.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $244,000 permit for a single-family residence at 45 Eastwood Drive.
• Adams Homes was issued a $202,000 permit for a single-family residence at 9 Radius Place.

• Seagate Homes was issued a $156,000 permit for a single-family residence at 29 Pinebark Lane.

Development orders issued:
