In partnership with the James Moore Certified Public Accounts, WORC raised over $6,000 in revenue for services for adults with developmental disabilities. The organization parked cars during Speed Weeks at the James Moore CPAs Daytona Beach office.

“We are very grateful to our friends at James Moore for thinking of WORC and giving us this great opportunity to use their parking lot and earn revenue for our non-profit organization,” stated Ed Best, WORC, Inc. Board Chairman in a press release. “The race fans who parked with us were excited to have the chance to benefit a local charity through their parking dollars.”

WORC, Inc. parked cars for five races during Speed Weeks, and handed out literature about the organization to interested patrons. James Moore CPAs is located on Executive Circle just off of International Speedway Boulevard. WORC, Inc., has provided services to youth and adults with disabilities since 1969.  WORC, Inc. provides contract work, vocational training, residential living and other caring services to over 300 individuals each year in Volusia and Flagler counties.
