3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Ormond Memorial Art Museum. Kristin Heron will lead this free, visual art program open to anyone in need of healing. As the end of the year approaches, please join us in this workshop to meld creativity with sincere introspection by constructing a "Reflection Calendar." Assembled from twigs, ribbon, fibers, paper, photographs, and words, and mounted to board, these personal calendars will capture your meaningful journey of 2015. Through guided questions and prompts we will pause in structured self-reflection for a moment to consider where we've been, and rediscover the treasures of the past year. Your artful calendar will serve as a place to capture thoughts, observations, and significant experiences, bringing some closure to the past year and clearing a path for the new year about to unfold. No art experience is needed and all supplies are provided! If you'd like to add personal touches to your calendar, please bring any embellishments, fabrics, collage papers, photographs, and quotes that speak to you. Call 676-3347.
