PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Sept. 8-12:

• Final Resort Resolution LLC is a telephone solicitation at 25 Old Kings Road.
• Home-based businesses: Aries Management & Consulting LLC, real estate property management; Dumont’s Home Improvement LLC, handy man service; Jolane Zoe Brown, unclassified personal service; Happy at Home Pet Sitting of Flagler, pet care/sitter; Dmytro Boichev’s Landscaping, landscaping service

PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Sept. 4-10. Total number of all permits issued: 154. Since 2009, $570 million in construction dollars has been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit applications:
• Watson Home Improvement applied for a $19,000 for Interior Realty/Watson Realty at 1410 Palm Coast Parkway NW.

Commercial permits issued:
• Karl Johnston LLC was issued a $2,000 permit for a parking lot repair/replacement at 27 Florida Park Drive.
• Water Tite Plumbing was issued a $1,200 permit for renovations at 4500 Palm Coast Parkway, Units A-234 and B-234.

Residential permits issued:
• Olsen Custom Homes was issued a $377,000 permit for a single family residence at 55 North Park Circle.
• Applied Building Development was issued a $343,000 permit for a single family residence at 43 New Water Oak Drive.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $329,000 permit for a single family residence at 126 Arena Lakes Drive.
• Applied Building Development was issued a $321,000 permit for a single family residence at 45 New Water Oak Drive.
• Maronda Homes was issued a $313,000 permit for a single family residence at 61 Woodlawn Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $304,000 permit for a single family residence at 24 Selma Trail.
• Dr. Horton Inc. was issued a $299,000 permit for a single family residence at 31 Auberry Drive.
• KB Homes of Jacksonville was issued a $295,000 permit for a single family residence at 117 Spoonbill Drive.
• Dr. Horton Inc. was issued a $293,000 permit for a single family residence at 23 Auberry Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $293,000 permit for a single family residence at 121 Wood Haven Drive.
• Dr. Horton Inc. was issued a $292,000 permit for a single family residence at 26 Auberry Drive.
• KB Homes of Jacksonville was issued a $292,000 permit for a single family residence at 110 South Starling Drive.
• By The Shore Inc. was issued a $276,000 permit for a single family residence at 17 Fenhill Lane.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $257,000 permit for a single family residence at 130 Arena Lake.
• Saltwater Homes was issued a $252,000 permit for single family residence at 24 Mount Vernon Lane.
• Maronda Homes was issued a $242,000 permit for a single family residence at 88 Smith Trail.
• Dr. Horton Inc. was issued a $231,000 permit for a single family residence at 9 Auberry Drive.
• Volusia Home Building was issued a $17,000 permit for alterations at 16 White Star Drive.
• Affordable Aluminum was issued a $17,000 permit for an addition at 76 Beach Drive.
• 17 Eagle Harbor Trail Harkins Construction was issued a $15,000 permit for an addition at 17 Eagle Harbor Trail.
• Slone Construction was issued a $15,000 permit for alterations at 8 Cottagegate Court
• Screen Concepts was issued a $14,000 permit for alterations at 18 Collindale Court.
• Ted & Bob’s Alum was issued a $13,000 permit for alterations at12 Rivergate Lane.
• Encompass Enclosures was issued a $12,000 permit for an addition at 14 Collinson Court.
• Intervest Consulting Services was issued an $11,000 permit for an addition at 7 Pinwheel Lane.
• Gulfstream Homes was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition at 21 Angela Drive.
• Intervest Consulting was issued a $9,000 permit for alterations at 4 Ponce Deleon Drive.• Sorrento Homes was issued a $4,000 permit for alterations at 86 Folcroft Lane.
