PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts: Nov. 1-5.

• Peak Fitness and Rehab is a health studio at 17 Old Kings Road.
• John C. Bills Properties LLC is a real estate property manager at 160 Cypress Point Parkway.
• Vijay Jain M.D. is a medical provider at 25 Florida Park Drive.
Home-based businesses: Coastal Dryer Vent Services, unclassified personal service; Advanced Cleaning Experts LLC, janitorial cleaning; Mark Emschweiler, handyman service; TZ Yourself, retail sales; Southeast Auto Locators LLC, unclassified personal service; Coastal Appliance Service Team LLC, appliance Repair Service.

PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Oct. 23-29. Total number of all permits issued: 185. Since 2009, $593 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit applications:
• Filterworks USA applied for a $15,000 commercial permit for interior alterations at Add Paint Booth at 3 Market Place Court.
• WH Bass applied for a commercial permit for a site development at Chick-Fil-A at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Hawkins Construction applied for a commercial permit for phases 1 and 2 site developments at Island Walk at 250 Palm Coast Parkway.

Commercial permits issued:
• Hawkins Construction was issued a $48,000 permit for demolition of portions of Palm Harbor Shopping Center at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE.
• Mark Abbotts Custom Renovations was issued a $35,000 permit for interior renovations at Nora’s Golden Scissors at 210 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Chouinard Construction was issued a $20,000 permit for interior renovations at Pizza Hut at 1475 Palm Coast Parkway NW, Unit 110-111.
• Nialvi LLC was issued a $20,000 permit for interior renovations at Asian Market LLC at 3 Kings Way.
• Nialvi LLC was issued a $20,000 permit for interior renovations at Asian Market LLC at 3 Kings Way.
• CG Construction of Jax was issued a $2,300 permit for interior renovations at Pet Supermarket at 1040 Palm Coast Parkway NW.
• New Coastal Homes was issued a $2,000 permit interior renovations at Norlin Enterprises at 31 Enterprise Drive.


Residential permits issued:
• D.R. Horton was issued a $399,000 permit for a single-family residence at 63 Auberry Drive.
• Bellagio Custom Homes was issued a $386,000 permit for a single-family residence at 223 Willow Oak Drive.
• KB Homes was issued a $332,000 permit for a single-family residence at 125 Spoonbill Drive.
• Maronda Homes was issued a $303,000 permit for a single-family residence at 2 Buttermilk Drive.
• Skyway Builders was issued a $296,000 permit for a single-family residence at 64 Osprey Circle.
• Auburn Homes was issued a $291,000 permit for a single-family residence at 2 Ponce Deleon Drive.
• Keystone Homes was issued a $290,000 permit for a single-family residence at 5 Clermont Court.
• D.R. Horton was issued a $238,000 permit for a single-family residence at 25 Auberry Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $237,000 permit for a single-family residence at 15 Burgundy Place.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $234,000 permit for a single-family residence at 35 106 Arena Lake Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $232,000 permit for a single-family residence at 46 Red Mill Drive.
• Pool Captain was issued an $18,000 permit for an addition at 13 Buffalo View Lane.
• Andrew Miklos was issued a $16,000 permit for an addition at 17 Ripple Place.• Radcraft Inc. was issued a $15,000 permit for alterations at 42 Club House Drive, Building 2, Unit 204.
• Encompass Alum was issued a $5,000 permit for an addition at 6 Kane Place.
• Chardani Remodeling was issued a $3,000 permit for alterations at Florida Park Drive.

Occupancy permits:
• Vijay Jain was issued an occupancy permit for Vijay Jain MD Physician at 25 Florida Park Drive, Suite B.

Development order issued:
• Branch Island Walk Association issued a development order for a technical site plan tier 1 at Island Walk.
• Seagate Communities, Inc. issued a development order for subdivision modification at Park Place.
