PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts June 23-27:

• Donald Corcoran’s Lawn Service.
• Home-based businesses: Outdoor Concepts, a tree service.

PALM COAST PERMITS

The following is an update for permit activity in the city June 19-25. Total number of all permits issued: 181.

Commercial permits applications:
• CPG Construction applied for a $595,000 permit for phase one infrastructure
for future apartments at Landing Boulevard.
• J & H Consolidated applied for a $525,000 permit for alterations at Ulta Salon at 5220 State Road 100, Unit E.
• J & H Consolidated applied for a $70,000 permit for to restore to a 'shell' for future business a unit at 5220 State Road 100, Unit A.
• Due East Inc. applied for an $18,000 permit for alterations at Cottage Hair Salon at 15 Old Kings Road N.

Commercial permits issued:
• East Coast Building Corp. was issued a $15,000 permit for alterations at Caldwell Banker at 211 St. Joe Plaza, Unit 211.
• Bella Quality Homes was issued a $7,250 permit for alterations at 21 Hospital Drive, Units 150 and 160.

Residential permits issued:
• Defiant Construction was issued a $297,000 permit for a single-family residence at 21 Uthorne Place.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $279,000 permit for a single-family residence at 4 Caribe Court.
• Paytas Homes Inc. was issued a $232,000 permit for a single-family residence at 3 Graham Trail.
• Adams Homes was issued a $203,000 permit for a single-family residence at 22 Slumber Path.
• Atlantic Aluminum was issued a $16,000 permit for an addition at 19 Freemont Turn.
• Millers Screen and Repair was issued an $8,000 permit for an alteration at 31 Bainbridge Lane.
• Screen Machines Inc. was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition at 48 New Water Oak Drive.
• Dulando Screen & Awning was issued a $5,000 permit for an addition at 87 Southlake Drive.
• Hammock Home Improvements was issued a $5,000 permit for an addition at 18 Bobbi Lane.
• Ted & Bobs was issued a $4,000 permit for an alteration at 49 Francis Lane.
• David Viljoen was issued a $2,000 permit for an alteration at 1 Fern Court.

Occupancy permits:
• Caregiving with Love Assisted Living Facility was issued an occupancy permit for 23 Seathorn Path.
• Bookkeeping Services of Palm Coast was issued an occupancy permit for 233 St. Joe Plaza, Unit 233.

Certificates of occupancy:
• Dollar General was issued a certificate of occupancy for 11 Market Ave.
• Keith’s Barber Shop was issued a certificate of occupancy for 10 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit 108.

Development orders:
• The city of Palm Coast was issued a tier-one technical site plan development order for Royal Palms Parkway improvements.
• Florida Landmark Communities, Inc. was issued a non-statutory subdivision development order for Town Center phase eight, lot one.
• Flagler County was issued a site plan modification development order for Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) Belle Terre Boulevard intersection improvements .

Application submittals:
• Robert E. Dickinson submitted a tier-one technical site plan for a Hammock at Palm Harbor addition.
• The city of Palm Coast submitted a tier-one technical site plan for Colechester Lane Bridge rehabilitation.
• Flagler County submitted a site plan modification for Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) Belle Terre Boulevard intersection improvements.
