PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts: Dec. 5-11.

• Glowellness Center for SkinCare & Message Therapy is a message therapist at 50 Leanni Way.
• The Brown Dog is a restaurant with alcohol at 215 St. Joe Plaza Drive.
• A Work of Art is an art studio at 1 Farraday Lane.
Home-based businesses: The Everything Store, internet; Kritter Ridderz, trapper; Charles S. Dixon, handyman service; Arevhat for You, unclassified personal service; Kingdom Seal Inc., power washing; Sunset Automation LLC, unclassified personal service; Sunburst Service Professionals LLC, janitorial service.

PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Dec. 4-10. Total number of all permits issued: 169. Since 2009, $625 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit applications:
• Manley Construction applied for a $2,000 commercial permit for alterations in the reception area at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Suite 1.

Commercial permits issued:
• Gilbane Building Co. was issued a $5,112,000 permit for Palm Coast City Hall at 160 Lake Ave.
• WH Bass Construction was issued a $650,000 permit for Chick-Fil-A at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway.
• ME Construction was issued a $100,000 permit for a convenience store site development at 295 Pine Lakes Parkway.
• Filterworks USA was issued a $15,000 permit for a paint booth at 3 Market Place.
• WR Construction was issued an $8,000 permit for laundry alterations at 4500 Palm Coast Parkway.

Residential permits issued:
• Skyway Builders was issued a $366,000 permit for a single-family residence at 2 Village Point.
• Saltwater Homes was issued a $328,000 permit for a single-family residence at 269 Conservatory Drive.
• Holiday Builders was issued a $319,000 permit for a single-family residence at 18 Burning Place.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $311,000 permit for a single-family residence at 100 Edward Drive.
• Holiday Builders was issued a $303,000 permit for a single-family residence at 12 Buffalo Meadow Lane.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $256,000 permit for a single-family residence at 112 Arena Lake Drive.
• Maronda Homes was issued a $246,000 permit for a single-family residence at 30 Brushwood Lane.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $232,000 permit for a single-family residence at 29 Ryding Lane.
• DR Horton was issued a $221,000 permit for a single-family residence at 39 Auberry Drive.
• Red Carpet Construction was issued a $20,000 permit for an addition at 25 Wood Haven Drive.
• Millers Screen was issued a $16,000 permit for an addition at 8 San Pine Drive.
• A Certified Screen was issued a $15,000 permit for an addition at 12 Flarestone Court.
• Veritas Construction was issued a $12,000 permit for an addition at 19 Princess Kathleen Lane.
• East Coast Aluminum was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 35 Bannerwood Lane.
• Custom Home Improvements were issued a $3,000 permit for an addition at 3 River Landing Way.
• Dacom Home Accents was issued a $2,000 permit for alterations at 3 Lancelot Drive.

Occupancy permits:
• Anna Thompson was issued an occupancy permit for Smart Solutions Unlimited-Design and Consulting at 29 Old Kings Road N, Suite 1B.
• Joseph Bennici was issued an occupancy permit for Joe’s NY Pizza Shop at 119 A Flagler Plaza Drive.

Certificate of occupancy:
• Bracey Building Contractors was issued a certificate of occupancy for interior renovations at Halifax Hospice at 110 Flagler Plaza Drive.
