Don Nedobeck will present a guide to creativity accompanied by live jazz 7 p.m. Thursday, March 14, at the Matanzas High School Auditorium, 3535 Old Kings Road N. The event is part of the Flagler County Art League’s Celebrate the Arts series of free art events open to the public.
Nedobeck is an internationally acclaimed musician, artist and storyteller. In addition to painting, Nedobeck has authored numerous books from his personal observations. To date, there are more than 800,000 Nedobeck books in print, including “No Known English Translation” and “Nedobeck’s Alphabet Book.”
Music scholarships available
The Palm Coast United Methodist Concert Series has two $500 scholarships available: one in voice and one in piano. The deadline is Wednesday, March 20.
