Can you pick 'em?

It’s time for all the football experts in Palm Coast and Flagler County to flex their analyst muscle.

The year is flying by, and we’re almost to Thanksgiving and the holiday season. That means the weather is cooling off (sure, I’ll take low-70s). We’re also to the midway point of the NFL season.

So, I have a little game for my readers.

Here’s how it will work.

Each week, go to www.PalmCoast Observer.com, click on “Blogs,” and scroll down to mine. It’s the last one.

Each Thursday, I’ll post the games for the weekend. All you have to do is post your winner for each game before the first game begins (remember, Thursday games begin this week). Include the total number of points you think will be scored between the two teams playing in the Monday night game, as a potential tie-breaker.

You must be registered with the website in order to leave a comment. If you’re not registered already, it only takes a few moments. It’s free.

I’ll announce the winners on our Facebook fan page each Tuesday. I’ll also send the winner an email. If you don’t already “like” our Facebook, you can do so by going to www.Facebook.com/PalmCoastObserver.

Whoever picks the most games correctly will win a $10 gift card to Woody’s Bar-B-Q, State Road 100.

Now that you know the stakes, are you ready to show off your pigskin picking skills?

Good luck.
