Washington Oaks wants your photos

The Friends of Washington Oaks is holding a photography contest in conjunction with their Earth Day celebration.

Photographers are invited to submit a total of three photographs depicting the park in the following categories: beach, trails, gardens, wildlife and historic structures.

Photographs may be submitted under the youth division, age 13 to 18, or adult division. Prizes for first, second and third place will be awarded in each category.

Entry forms can be found on the Friends of Washington Oaks website, www.washingtonoaks.org, or at the park gift shop. Entries may be left prior to the deadline, April 1, at the gift shop.
