William Lowe, 24, of Palm Coast, who is part of the motorcycle unit for the Flagler County Sheriff's Office, was rear-ended Wednesday, April 6, on Belle Terre Parkway, by a passenger car. Lowe was transported to Florida Hospital Flagler with minor injuries.
