A home in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of June 27 to July 1.

Michael and Betty Nacarato, of Brentwood, Tenn., sold the home at 2 Via Verona to John and Edna Reid, of Powell, Ohio, for $720,000.

Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 3,909 square feet of living area.
