Flagler County Sheriff's Office detectives determined Thomas Underwood, 31, of Palm Coast, sexually abused both boys and girls, who are now coming forward. Anyone who thinks they may have been victimized by Underwood is asked to contact the Sheriff's Office at 313-4911.
