The Eleanor Daytona Beach, a new luxury apartment neighborhood, celebrated its grand opening on May 14.
The neighborhood is located at 1901 N. Williamson Blvd. in Daytona Beach. According to its website, The Eleanor is a “build-to-rent” community of single-family homes with amenities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center with 266 homes of varying floor plans.
The Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce hosted the ribbon cutting ceremony for The Eleanor team on May 14, as the neighborhood opened for leasing. The Eleanor Daytona Beach “blends comfort, style, and the coastal charm visitors and locals love,” a Chamber Facebook post said.
“On behalf of the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce, thank you for being a valued Chamber member and part of our thriving business community,” the post said. “Your investment in Daytona Beach brings new energy, elevated hospitality, and exciting opportunities to our region.”
The grand opening and ribbon cutting for The Eleanor Daytona Beach was attended by community leaders, Chamber members, and guests, the post said.
The Eleanor was not the only ribbon cutting the Daytona chamber hosted. Salty Dog Vacations, owned and operated by a local woman, is a long term rental property management business that opened its doors on May 14.
Salty Dog’s passion for creating “unforgettable vacation experiences along Florida’s beautiful coast brings excitement, hospitality, and opportunity to the Daytona Beach area,” a Daytona Chamber post said.
Salty Dog Vacations is located at 1426 S. Atlantic Ave.
